Great vid Andrew. Certainly flat conditions. Interesting they added 9km of flatwater to the 9km ocean considering Nationals is all ocean. Board choice would have been interesting considering the conditions but it certainly produced results for the best paddlers overall.
Gee that looks tough. Coming from a marathon runner and mtb'er and very average sup surfer. Well done to all. Couple of basic questions. Do you fall off much in that type of racing (everone looks well balanced) and does slipstreaming work similar as riding. Looks like a bit of strategy would play out.
