There has been heaps of chat on correct entry and exit of your paddle to stop your board from yawing . Incorrect technique not only is inefficient but pulls your board from side to side. This is one of the best examples of how to do it. So clean and straight down the rail , if you place your catch out wide then pull in towards the rail it will turn you same as pulling the paddle away from the rail on the exit.

I found this on the Sup Racer web site. www.supracer.com/with-apologies/

For sure-that's awesome, mega clean.
Interested in hearing thoughts on movement of the board rail to rail though. Seems to be a lot of movement there, and you can see from the right foot arch collapse that there is probably a fair bit of hip rotation, and knee collapse that is causing a lot of changes in weight distribution through the stroke. I reckon that there's a lot to be said for equalising this for both yawing and glide. Keen to hear what everyone else reckons on this as I know that there's a few differing thoughts on this.

Notice that George is also steering the hulled board with his weight shift.

On a flat bottomed, surfing, board it is best to keep the board flat on the water.
As a result the stroke has to be wide of the board on entry and pulling slightly towards the board. I think it also can have more follow through, esp. when taking off.
