Has anyone else had poor dealings with TheSupWarehouse in Qld? I ordered a bamboo SUP for my wife. It arrived ok and the board is fine but the paddle they sent was not what I ordered and paid for. We agreed that I keep it and that they refund the difference in price. After countless emails, many of which were unanswered, I still have no refund. This has gone on for five months now so I guess it's time to pursue action through Consumer Protection!
If you have payed with credit card and they have to refund your CC it can take easy a month to show up.
