Recently I broke my no name carbon fibre paddle ,surfing which I didn't think possible until it happened ,quite expectantly, anyway I purchased a new name brand paddle . I'm getting used to it but still don't like it as much as my first paddle .I managed to cut the shaft and saved the handle and blade but now I'm looking for a replacement shaft which is harder than I thought it would be , plenty around but hard to get the length I need .
I need a carbon fibre hollow shaft 25 mm i.d and 28mm o.d and 1400 mm long I,m not sure on what type of wrap or fibre it was or what's suitable ?
Please any suggestions would be appreciated .
