While i surfed my favourite couch and sculled back cans of bundy rum the drink of champions, keahi surfed rings around me on his foil setup.
HolyCrap it was amazing to watch from the comfort of my plush cushions.
He surfed that fricken foil exactly the same way he surfed his short sup. Just a few feet further out on the face but at 3 or 4 times faster than i thought was possible. Man hacking away with absolutely no spray.

Keahi has always been parko style smooth, but he is starting to mature a bit more like a good bottle of fortified goon or stud cheese.
its just a shame the waves we surfed were soooo gutless and lame, otherwise i recon he would have been blowing up bigtime

Its on the cutting room floor atm, so offically its a work in progress..... And winter has only just started. I wore a wetty for the first time yesterday.
And Deems has been a bit busy lately doing a heap of work outside of the DogMans sup bubble
And ive been a busy little metalhead smashing the sh1t outta my megatron drumkit playing with my bands and going to metalfestivals

Thanks Dogman for the kind words and good times. Always fun getting down that way for a couple sessions. It may not have been pumping but hey that's that's what I love about sup. It can turn mellow waves into a heap of fun and that's what it's all about.
Unfortunately that may have been one of the vans last voyages that far south but she sure has served me well over the years. Probably best to retire it before it completely falls to pieces mid journey.
