Hey Andy I've had some classic windsurfing days there back in the day of the Rip Curl Classic.. On no wind days during the event we would often surf it..

Since then I've never SUP it because IMO it's not the place to sup unless you're Kia Lenny or Dogman.. I did venture out there once on a tiny but glassy sunny day on my 17' Jav a few years ago..
