Just had my MRI scan done and I have popped another disk out between L4/L5, did one years ago a bit lower down and that’s still going strong.
The question is can anyone recommend a good surgeon / specialist in the Perth area.
Not a Physio or a Chiro as I am pretty sure my 9mm protruding disk is past that and it will be surgery to get me back on the water asap.

It will be the surgeon who does the discetomy or fusion after removing the disc. It will be the Physio who gets you back on the water ASAP. Surgeons only care about your pathology, not your past times.
