love the locking ability - great idea.

I Like the ability to use with hardened cable etc to lock .no moving parts ,unlike the new sunova handle which seems it may give problems.

Looks like a slight variation to what SIC have been using for some time on their 12'6 and 14's

So you tell me people are spending nearly $1000 extra to gain some weight by using exotic materials then add a big water recipient on their decks so their can add 1lb+ of trapped water weight? :-)

Kidding aside, seems a quite simple and efficient solution.

from what i can see and having used it- the sic handle looks better- easier access with it reverse dome like shape

I don't see it as anything that gives any advantage on a race board. Clubbie straps are the go there.

I do see it as creating a weak point in any board give the area of foam it removes, and its shape.

Have used these a few times. They feel great and work great. My favorite handle thus far.
