I was thinking about the advantages of the wave pool,
Theres heaps of people who have become jaded with their locals and stopped surfing nearly full time because of surfing perfect waves overseas. They only surf when its pumping. This will probably increase if the slater wave pools infest the world.
This means that people who know what their doing out in the surf will probably not bother with the fat **** surf we love, which will make it easier for us to get waves in those conditions.
There will be way more kooks out however which is also a big detriment but that just means more camoflaouge in the crowded lineup because they don't know what the **** is going on.
Conversely, i only look for waves with nobody on them when paddleboarding because a fat hander nobody likes are ****ing fun as ****, so if it did start getting more crowded, you just go to another bank.
