Very calm conditions here as he goes past the old lighthouse near Gisborne......buut quite a mission paddling from Cape Palliser to East Cape

Have often thought Mahia Peninsula to Gisborne in a southerly wind would be a good down winder though

I like my UE Boom too........hopefully fairly waterproof.......but obviously his was still working by the time he got to Tuahine Point near Gisborne

very funny vid . must have taken a lot of editing talent to put that together !!!! good stuff !!
Just saw one of his other videos......quite wonderful video and excellent water conditions......he was lucky to get such good weather
