Anyone tried running twins, twins +1 or keels on the above boards?
just keen to mix it up. Both I guess could have potential or not

Have a 7'4" Hypernut for several years and it goes so good as it came from factory I have never bothered trying to change it.
Have plenty of other boards that I mess with fins to tweak performance but no need to on the nut.

Ah really? All my fins are futures and the hyper is fcs so cant do a lot with it.
I just got the carbon 7'2 and tried it in 2-3ft (waist time head) the other day- quite punchy and hollow waves.

shortest board I've ever owned by didn't feel like it? I missed a thruster on it and wondered how it would go as a twin.
i did manage a couple of pretty rip turns off the top but was expecting a bit more pivot from such a short board. super fun though! Goes so well in small stuff.

You could get the machado keel quad and then you have a quad or twin setup, I use them as quad on my starby pro up to about 4' I love em

They seem to have it all, drive, speed and hold ( >4' )at the same time being loose enough to release at the top, good in hollow or full. Now remember this is for my board 8' starry pro. I've used the fcs brands and found them good but not as good as the machado seasider quad and my other favourite in 4'+ the Al Merrick PC lg in quad.

Hey guys . Tom Carroll sup quads (they only come in medium size )are the best small 1foot - 4 foot sup fins I have found . loose enough to slide the tail off the top & have enough bite to push hard on a fast bottom turn
