Took this weapon out yesterday in 1-2ft clean conditions .
This board lived up to all my expectations .So i had to share the stoke i got from this sesh.
I weigh in at 86kg & found the 30" wide was solid in its stability it would also be fine for heavier guys.
Paddling into first wave found board had great glide & tracked amazing.
I normally feel more comfortable paddling for wave on right side when in surf stance but found due to stability & how well board tracked
i felt equally comfortable paddling left side.
The waves where quiet slow but this didn't bother the Style Lord ,its rail to rail transition made it easy to pump down the line and pick up
some speed then plant back foot on left side of tail pad for a tasty hack, still holding enough drive to push ya out the foam to then go for a leisurely walk up to the nose for a bit of nose time & believe me I'm no pro long boarder but this board made it feel so natural to be up on the nose & the board still felt rock solid & very forgiving if your footwork not in perfect position.
What came after that was a grin i couldn't wipe of face for rest of day super stoked with this board.
This board is all about performance .
Big thanks to Shane at Binks Marine Somerton Park S.A for your helpful advice on Smik range of sups.
Kind regards Calbs (Chris)

I have the first version V1..great board but i feel the V2 is somehow better as SMIK was able to correct the issues on the original version..

Basicallly there was some feedback that people wanted a board that was easier to initiate turns.
so the tail was brought in, in conjunction with added rocker and V while volume was also reduced. (Along with extra sizes.)
V1 definitely turned pretty good as Galvo demonstrates.
