Any thoughts on these two Naish boards? or similar?
I'm losing sleep don't know which one to go for? 75 kilos, windsurfing and shortboard surfing background. Like the longboard style more than the shortboard style sups.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried the Starboard Element 9'8". I am just getting into the sport and first had the older 10'6" Naish and struggled. With the Starboard i have really progressed a lot and even been in some fairly good waves. Give it a demo.

I have sailed that one but not paddled it, yet. I have tried the Fanatic Fly 9'6" which has been really easy to use, a really nice board.

Hey Fast Eddy,

With your shortboard back ground and only 75 kg's consider the NAISH Nalu 9'6!

I have surfed this board (im 83 kgs) and the tail shape in my opinion is spot on , its super loose for its size. Its 28" wide so will be a bit unstable for a while but once you have momentum its fine .

Its listed at 153LT ?

Suggest you demo first but i would highly reccommend that board......comes with a good cover also!

That volume is a typo with the real volume at 135.

Out of those boards the 9'6 is the way to go. I also tried the 9'5 Mana from Naish. That board worked great when I was learning to stand and get confident. I still have it and it surfs great as well! Highly recommended both of those boards.

I have tried the 9'6" and really liked it but i wanted to try the 10'6" before laying my cash down.
The biggest worry I had was there not being enough glide in the 9'6"?
Any thoughts there D.Kirche?

Fast Eddy I know where you are coming from about not enough glide. I have a 9'6" sup but I'm actually after a more dynamic longer board to be fair...glide and manouverability I much prefer that.
