Hi just a general for Naish mana Sups I use rachet webbing tie downs over the board in the bag when car topping my board. Every thing was going well consistently travelling to spots at 110kms no worries. We had a hot day I dont know weather this is a factor or I dont think I over tightened the rachets But now I have 4 Webbing creases on the rail of my board Bugga! only a visual concern. I am now going to put 8mm inserssion rubber pads where the webbing meets the rail. I hope this lesson is helpful for others to use. Cheers. By the way the board is fantastic I get into some good waves head height + down to not much. Stable as !!If you use ya back feet it cuts good turns. I am still learning and having a ball.

never use ratchet straps.
use the style with the cleat or spring loaded clasp. go to your nearest windsurfing shop or rhino roofrack seller. they will have some that wont kill ya board.

Always loosen the straps on hot days when not driving aswell to avoid this problem.
