Finish my new board couple months ago thought i give u guys a look.
8 x 27 x 3,7/8 , 6.3kg complete with fins and grip (fins and deck grip weight 900grams)
6oz e glass + 2oz inngera bottom, 6 + 2 innegra + 2 deck patches 4oz on deck ,using H grade styrene and kinetics epoxy , i vacuum bag this board for first time ( that was another curve - but worked well)
seems to be holding up well however couple small impact dents and small heal depressions on deck ,bottom is fine
i thinned out the tail and volume in rails .volume iam guessing approx 85ltrs
Handles bigger waves really well and still quite fast and manoeuvrable in small stuff , stability wise -pretty good iam 70 kg

Hi mate,
Thanks for that. I will endeavour to touch base with you over the weekend. Awesome job mate. If I do half the job you have done then I shall be incredibly happy with that outcome.
Cheers Ozzie
bl what happened to the 7'10 hazmat?
bl what happened to the 7'10 hazmat?
Hey skebstebamal
Yeh mate still got the 7,10 quad thought I would still ride it but I don't think so as the new board rips and don't think I could go back to 30 wide however it was a good board up to 4 ft then it was too hard to control at speed , the new board seems to handle anything
Just tried it today with a small rear fin about 90 mm deep off memory and it went really well loosened it up but still held on
Brad
Hey BL, board looks sweet !!
Did you go with a stringer ??
Thanks for comment
No I don't bother with stringers
I cut blanks out of a big block with hot wire
