Here's your first post a couple of days ago......not much different to what you have asked again? Probably a good idea to read the replies????

Hi all. First post here so be gentle. I've windsurfed since the mid 90s and briefly kite surfed in the early stages of kite development 2002-2007 so I am no newcomer to board sports but thought some advice from the pros is never a bad thing. Now I've got old and fat I need a new sport to keep me occupied. I'm looking at the JP wide body 10'2x35" at 228litres. I'm on a big health kick and have lost 18 kilos in 4 months and planning on hitting 100kg by the end of summer. I'm currently 115kg and 6'1". What are people's thoughts on big volume boards for surfing and a bit of flat water. Any help much appreciated. Hope to be SUPing with you all very soon

Hi slab.

Sorry to appear to be duplicating posts but it's a slightly different board.
Really appreciated your comments before and have looked into the all wave. Some deals on 2013 jps at the mo that's all.

oops - my fault thought you were having us all on - didn't twig that they are two diff boards. The shorter one looks better dimensions to me.

My thoughts are "too wide"
.......the JP wide body 10'2x35" at 228litres
you are not bizarrely heavy
Find something a little narrower and a little longer is my two cents
