I have a mates Fanatic Pro-wave (great board, have one myself) with a 5" crack around the rail. Does anyone have experience repairing these boards with this type of material i.e. the innegra/carbon hybrid cloth -where to get it? and the cool transparent red paint- what is that?

Any comments or repair methods would be great.

Pete.

Try the boys at OKE! They do great work at good prices.

I would just sand and use resin + glass fiber, as for other repairs.
You do not want to use innegra yourself. As all aramid fibers (e.g. kevlar), it is hell to wet with resin.

For repairs, just try to "anchor" your repair on as much carbon or glass that you can find around the ding. Which should be easy, as I guess the innegra is weaved into a carbon fiber cloth.
