8'10" Sunova Flow V 01.
Just got home after a month working away, to find this beauty waiting for me.
The ocean calls, will report back.
Later.
Very nice, although I'm losing track of all your boards!!
Cheers mate. The missus is keeping track. And there's a few out on loan trying to share the stoke.
Looks great ,is this a custom size or a new standard?
It's actually an older version. I asked Bert if he could thin out a flow for me. After I gave him the dimensions I was thinking of he said it looked exactly like the Flow version 1, their first prototype Flow, that was a great performance board but the retailers said it did not have enough volume. So they made version 2 thicker.
I'm really very, very impressed.
Struth Brenno have you jumped off the Deep end and joined the Sunova revolution???
I'm in town for a bit so will keep an eye out for a blue flash
Very nice Brenno. I like the thinning out concept too. What's it weigh?
About 8 kg on the dodgy bathroom scales. I'm finding after much trial and error it's more about the "footprint", and less about the volume (for this bigger guy anyway).

Haha. Not completely. Gotta say though I am thoroughly impressed.
looks sick.
recon if i got another sunova id go gripless. that sunova grip is good gripwise, but rips my legs and toes to pieces.
plus more wood looks nice!
and wax is also so much nicer to surf on.
That's a sweet board mate...!!! Keen to hear some feedback once you've had a surf on it
After 3 sessions in tiny winter surf I'm loving it. Stable. Turns beautifully from the middle. Perfect volume for my hungy kegs. Not corky at all. Handles the chop really well. Easy to turn on to a wave. Catches the small ones with no effort. Paddles out and through waves surprisingly easily. I can't fault it. The handle? I was concerned it may pop up and de-nut me, but had me and my boy fighting over which board to carry up the hill! Oh. And it's so pretty. Bert reckons he could do that blue all day long....

Mate I had a swanky grip pattern all measured up and worked out, but I just couldn't do it. Too nice to cover up. No regrets. Lovin' the wax.
