Alright I think I have it narrowed down. I'm new to the game 6'1" and a 117 kgs. I currently ride a Fanatic 11'6" Fly. Looking for a smaller board for surf. Debating between the 9'10" Allwave and Naish Mana10' . Spoke to a dealer that carries both and highly recomended the Allwave. Said it's more stable and would be an easy transition from the fly. Volume is less on the Allwave. The waves I ride are choppy and wind produced.

Looking forward to input.

First, consider moving somewhere glassy that picks up a good ground swell.

If not, the Allwave looks kinda cool.

Thanks for the replies.

SW - I wish I could - someday!

Demo Demo Demo - another wish - stuck in the midwest not many shops offer demos on boards of interest for the most part unless a shop employee is using one.

I guess I truely rely on "forum" opinions and the the retailers advise. In this case the shop carries both and I hope the owners opinion is not driven by margin but truely by customer satisfaction - so I guess there's a major trust factor.

It worked on my first purchase and hope it does again. And let's face it this won't be the last quiver purchased.
