Roy did good for sure........I see he says it is not a work of art.....where such price tags are not unknown.....but of more practical use to the buyer whose weight is factored in to the design parameters......did he say titanium also ? 
I remember years ago Swaylocks banned him. Guess he is still laughing, but harder.
I bought a (tunnel fin)off Roy about 7-8 years ago I still havent tried it properly yet but the craftmanship is outstanding.
