One of the bolts of my NP glide is stuck.
The tool that came with the foil already broke and another T40 tool only bends.
Any tips how to get it out? Or should I just leave it? No problem to travel with the mast like this....

Hopefully the carbon mast will be available soon....

Put some bolt loosener oil down the other side and let it sit a day. Then use a torq 40 head on an impact drill. That usually pops them loose.

I have the same foil, broke my tool clean off. New tool did the trick.
Now I make sure Tef-Gel is applied before and not tighten the bolts like crazy

Try to stand the mast up and drench the bolt in WD-40, leave at least over night.
Hope you don't have to drill it up...

I am not going to drill it up, if I can't get it out I will leave it.

My new tool also broke....but it was a cheap one, I will get something better tomorrow.

And I filled the mast with wd40

If the bolt won't come out, then the NP plate is likely frozen into the mast. So just stop right now. Don't screw it up. Put the bolt back. It's permanent.

That's what I thought, now I only have to take care of the fuselage

One of the bolts in my Naish mast did the same thing. If it's stuck on there then not a big deal really as you're probably never going to change the mast length. If it's the length you like. However I bought this tool for $13 bucks. (I'm in the US) www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000NPPATS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Here is a youtube of someone using one. A couple hits with a hammer and my stuck bolt came out of the mast easy enough.

Like all of the guys have said above may do the trick.
Another thing I have done when I dont want to force it is to put the other bolt back in tight after oiling it. Then try and get the stuck bolt out. I have done this also just after coming out of the water without oiling.
Sometimes tightening the bolt a bit more just before untightening has worked for me also. I try everything.
The bolts can be much harder to get unstuck if they are dry. I used to put a pair of seized rusty pliers in a bucket of water when trying to prise them apart. Works wonders. Then dry & oil after.

Hi Camarillo
The easiest way to get a siezied bolt out is to apply heat, in this case you don't want to reck the graphics or anodizing so I would try boiling water in a bucket, just get it as hot as you can, then give it a go with some decent torx bits.
You can get a set of torx bits from bunnings kingcrome $30
Then use a ratchet with them.
It's rusted by the looks of the pic.
Replace with 316 stainless

The bolt is not rusted , the rust is from the tool that came with the foil...
