Hi all

Is it just me or has the forum been quite for the last week or so

I haven't seen many posts by a lot of the regulars

After a day at work I look forward to coming home and seeing what has been happening on the forum but lately there does not seem to have been many new posts

Regards Don

Well I'm going to zap down to Victoria today to pick up another sailing dinghy so I'll be quiet for a couple of days.

We all spend to much time working on our boats and not enough time enjoying them, therefore leaving time to post on the forum.

Proof - look at the following posts
"What did you do for your boat". 848 posts

"Destinations" 2 posts

I reckon it goes in cycles. Seen it quiet before.

I've cut down on my drink-posting. I've got a nasty martial arts training habit that conflicts with my alcoholic dark side. Nothing better than a few beers and a good long read of what you guys have been doing. Maybe we need Cisco or southace to post one of their famous 20 pages of replies starter questions.

Hi DrRog

This one is very tidy www.boatsalestas.com.au/sail-monohulls/wilf-o-kell-ketch-lioness-of-the-sea/123275/ and the price has been dropping over the past couple of years she has been for sale

Until a few weeks ago she was berthed at Port Huon and I used to wander past and chat to the owner but now she is in Hobart

I think DrRog, was being a little sarcastic about the Len posts.... They were somewhat amusing at the time..

She is a very tidy boat and looking at her you would not know she is cement as the finish is very smooth

I believe she was built by the current owners father and has always been in the same family

She is a really pretty boat in the flesh and every thing you look at seems to be immaculate

Not a rebuild, just a big birthday. It will run sweet as a nut when I have finished doing my magic on it. I am planning on getting 7 knots out of it.

Before and after photos coming soon.
