That would be perfect for my underwater cleaning duties. $530 odd dollars for one tank and pump isn't cheap, but I'm sure the price will come down once someone in China does a knockoff.

Their tanks have basically the same specification, but they don't market a pump. They do, however, give you a link to a mob who market a suitable high pressure pump.
I figure the reason the Spairair mob don't sell a pump is because they know a manual pump is impractical because, based on the pump manufacturers' own specs, it will take 45mins of manual pumping to completely fill the tank!
Not really practical, I reckon.
Pity really, I'd have one for sure if I could fill it efficiently.

Not cheap and no pump and also comes with adaptor but the only real filling for this/these devices I think would be from a scuba bottle. Scorkl claim 12min to hand pump and advise you will need a break....... but an adult can do it. Just like pumping up a car tyre, of course you can, but would you?

There is a bit of conjecture from a discussion member that Scorkl infringes copyright. Also Scorkl claim 60 breathes. While Spare air are up front that it's 57 and only at surface.

Great concept 57 or 60 breathes in a dire situation is a possible life saver, but even for a shallow dive it ain't gunna last long, especially if your working ie hull cleaning. That being said I've read some SB threads from a few years back about hookers ( stay with me I'm talking about diving on your boat) how was the outcome ? There was a lot of SB vets ( you know who you are) scrambling for plans / instructions to make a hooker. With a a big arse 12v oil less tyre pump, I wonder how did it turn out ??
