alright I have been hearing all the yuppies on their fancy Riviera's complaining. About the sound of water under the hull. To be honest my old boat Shanty Did the same thing. It was because of spray chines. Anyone know how to stop this? I tried just out of interest putting pool noodles under the spray chine. It worked, but they fell out constantly. It doesn't really bother me that much I am just curious.

Buy a boat that is intrinsically well designed as a boat, not a condo afloat??

In regards to Riviera owners, I would have thought that the bass coming out of the sub would cancel out any background noises, or conversation, or alarms etc..

Many many close calls on the Gold Coast Broadwater. They seem to think it's funny. My dads response when we pulled "Lady Beatrice" out at the Gold Coast after I told him a boat is heading full throttle up our arse was. "Theirs is worth more". At Yamba an old trawler that looked similar to the old lady Beatrice was there. Called "Osiris", you can easily see what happend if they ran into dads old stainless trigear frame.

One on the left is "Osiris". Dredge in background
