I love the big Chinese gybe halfway through. Hope the big fella who fell onto the STB side was OK!

Floating and steering under those kites in a cross swell is a fine art.

That was just going around the west end of Rottnest Island, before we race the last 100nm to Jurien Bay. I was just about to put the bow down & call the kite up, then thought... No, lets go a bit further & a bit wider!

A Sydney 38 called low speed chase got wiped out on a breaking shoal off San Francicos a few years back, with very sadfy most of the crew drowning. A lesson learnt there.
