Probably old news here. I came across a French Movie just released on SBS on demand called Turning Tide
90% of it is set on a Vendee Globe yacht during the race and to my untrained eye it looks pretty real and interesting. A nice change to those US movies
I have to say there's nothing romantic about those boats.

I saw one of the first projection of that movie in France and remember it was quite a performance for the actors and crew as they recorded most of it at sea, more than 15 people on the boat, half of them constantly sea-sick.
