Below decks Im constantly cleaning of mould that seems to like growing on two pack. Has anyone tried anti-mould paint? Bunnings sell it for bathrooms.

The constant rain and high humidity has given me a lot of a problem with mould as well. I don't think it matters what paint you have it forms on all types and on plastics as well. I have found that oil of cloves is the best to control it. Google AI covers it nicely. Just be aware it is very unpleasant to breath the fumes.

Get the biggest Hanging Bag Moisture Grabbers from Bunnings -( 3x496 g )

Will last a couple of weeks ,during present conditions,in Contessa cabin, with minimal ventilation.

Or get serious with DeHumidifier ?

I tried a 12V Humidifier but very heavy on batteries. The one I have was 5A 24/7. I've just cleaned the V berth Im thinking Ill paint half with Bunnings anit-mould paint and see what happens. Anti-foul works!

Trek you should try a powered marina berth, it's very convenient, and you don't need one of those pesky anchor alarms....

I would love a marina berth! The other day my RIB was piled so full of timber, tools, lunch etc it nearly sank on the way to the boat.

Yep, all you have to do is win lotto, or sell a truckload of trek's.
