Just wondering if LL minis have a build register and allocate sail numbers at all? I doubt there are many over here in the UK but some kind of sail number would be nice.

Well I guess it would have to be UK 3 then ??
no uk 3 is already allocated.
Just make one up L L U K 1 you could start a new class ,may be three or four in UK that fit the exact spec of the L L.
