Were at it again yesterday. Smashed a window of a car, nothing in there except a usb cable. It appears they are just doing it for fun now. The thrill of property damage and risk of being sprung.

the very first one on the way in. yes i know i know... we have conceded the far flung carparks to the scum and its asking for trouble to park there etc etc etc.

the fellow who copped it usually leaves his car empty and unlocked, was just an absent minded 'didnt do it this time' thing.

surely there can to be a strategy worked out by us all to create a deterrent or something. its just fkkd to be rolling over and copping it and merely adjusting our behavior inconveniently to minimise each of us as individuals chances of getting stung too badly.

can we pay the icecream man to run a cctv from his van and photog every number plate that comes in?? what about head off into the suburbs and find a random meth head and beat him up and tie him to the sign at the turnoff, leave him there for a day??

has anyone had their window smashed at the end carparks. Ive had mine smashed at the 2nd and my mate the one just before the cement jetty carpark. a few mates have had people scout over their cars at the first few carparks also. they reluctantly stood on the dunes whilst it was howling.

perhaps some vigilante action?

its fairly **** thing that one cannot enjoy life without the fear of it costing them a few hundred dollars each time they do recreational activities

Another window got smashed today in that end car park. Apparently the scumbags were driving a faded red Astra.

Surely someone could do a hidden camera? Leave an empty laptop bag on the back seat... Who's going to donate the car??

Well, I'd say they would be renting somewhere close by.

Skum dont go purchasing homes anyway.

Surprising really,

Given they should have plenty of disposable income......... As they don't pay for anything. As per opening post.

Find my iphone ap isnt great though.

I was robbed by 2 native fellows and when cornered 1 tried to stab me with a 10" flathead screwdriver (after pissing himself on my couch). Missed my eye by less than a few cm.

Amongst the items stolen where several apple products so naturally I gave chase in my car whilst my mate turned on pc and gave me directions. All was going well until they turned off all apple products. They are smart enough to go through the bags straight away.

Old mate is still in jail, sometimes I think about visiting him but casurina is just so far, but the phones / ipad have never been recovered. I reckon your better off hiding and dishing out vigilante justice

Hopefully your items are hooked up to the cloud,

So when they start using the stolen items again( take photos) . They will sync to your home computier.

That way you will have some great selfies for positive identification.
