I have a second room in my place (a 2-bed apartment near the Brisbane hotel), currently filled with an English student who will be moving out in April or May. I am a keen kitesurfer/windsurfer/surfer and would be cool to share with a like-minded character... with whom it is not a struggle to communicate with :-s So I suppose if you havn't found anything by then then give me a message.
Alternately a friend of mine has another 2-bed apartment not very far away (near the hyde park hotel) and has been talking of getting a sharmate in. Drop me an email or whatever and I may be able to hook you up.

hi Katrin, we dont have a room, but my girlfriend would love another girl to ride with, Im never home as I work away alot, and she goes to Curtain uni, so if your keen for a fellow chick to kite with, give her a call, 0439 872 854, I havent spoken to her today, so she may not no Ive give her number out, so just tell her your a kiter and all will be good, she might no of a room!

yeah, I told her the other day, she was stoked, so she'll definately be up for some riding-she's not real good yet, but shes getting there!her kite skills are great, but her board skills let her down serverly-do you know of any wake parks or anywhere I can take her to practice?
