calling all pinnas crew...........today there was wind.........but no one to kite with :( I hope the old winter crew has not gown soft due to lack of winter kiting. I know it was raining but it was windy.......i think i saw a windsurfer as i was driving out

I was down there at 3:30 it was only about 10kts. I left just before it picked up,
will be there today from lunch if seabreeze is right. Todd will be down sometime and i think Darren will be testing his new kites.
We are still here it's the wind that hasn't.
I kite with people not alone.
It's one of my special "If i screw up someone will see and maybe help or call an ambulance" rules.............
fingers crossed for today. I'll be there with the looks of the trees outside my window.......

Sorry I didn't venture back to Pinnas, I rode at Brighton hoping there'd be enough wind for the surfboard and an 8m.
I'll see you all next windy day. It'll be good to catch up with the whole crew again. I do miss the Pinnacrew and have been slowly catching up. Just a little snowed under with everything right now. Bring on windy summer days of kiting til' dark in boardies and a rashie.

I was so excited when i saw the kites in the air.ran to the beach to see the crew....then ran to my car to get gear....then ran to set up....started to get adrenaline shakes....forgot to close off my strutts.
On the water rode as far out as my legs would take me. Then smiled.

Kitehard your back....YAY I can kite again. I need new bridals so bad my kites are wrecked from me going spastic on them. Then I can get back into the storms.
Busted my 9 in a 40kt Gust I think or there abouts.
Busted the 12 coz I didnt clean the bridal runners near enough.

What happened to all the newbie chicks that started learning at the end of last season? I need some girlies to hang out with for summer kiting. We all have to get ready for the girl kiting clinic in Jan!!

work was evil and i've been fending off a cold since friday........what a suprise more wind tomorrow and i have training again. Why is there only wind on Tuesday and Wednesdays!!
