Hey Pigfarmer, I'm in Guildo for work several times a week but have never seen anyone kiting or windsurfing there. No flat water to speak of and the waves are normally beach dumpers. Best bet is to head north to Lancelin or south to some of the northern suburb beaches. Are you in Guildo or inland a bit?
I'm just half an hour inland from Guildo. Which southern suburbs would be good you think?
Sounds like Gingin, nowhere to kite there either. I don't have muck knowledge on the northern suburb beaches but you could start with either Mullaloo or Pinnaroo, just ask around when you get there as there are some kite exclusion zones in place and enforced.
Hi Chris, I've been out a couple of times at Lancelin. Pretty sweet and well worth the drive. Looks like ill need to get a surfboard for the reef... Checking out Wedge and Jurien this weekend. Come say hello if you see a Kermit van.
