I have notice all the europeans have started to head back home, down in the pond there just heaps more room now. i have to so though some of them are bloody good!

Went to the pond on friday a bit after 12 was great never been before was about 20 kites was good to weave in and out with that great flat water

I know a great location for flat water kiting . The wind is a bit lighter and more gusty at times , but nobody kites it.Im not going to tell anybody where it is.Every time I've been there I'm the only one who kites it.
I don't understand why you would travel from the other side of the world to kite in a small tiny area with 60 kiters pissing each other off.

Long point can be alright flat water although pretty gusty and you wont find any other kiters there. I saw a video of a kiter at lake walyungup always wondered what it would be like on the salt lakes.

The pond is brilliant and it is the people that make it so much fun
