Hi everyone! Maybe you could help me out. My husband and I will be travelling the west coast next january for 3months and we´re not sure which size kites to take! What are wind conditions like at that time? How many knots on average? We´re taking 3 or 4 kites with us. Any advice? thanks!

Your looking at a range of 15 to 25 knotts most arvos. Would get by comfortably with 2 kites each. Have A Fun Trip.

Hi Jasmine
depending on weight
90 kg 8m & 12m chunky Bloke
75kg 7m & 10/11m average bloke
60kg 7m & 9m skinny bloke/average girl
50kg 7m sex kitten (growwwllll!)

So depending on builds, probably 7m 10m 12m would cover would cover both of you, or buy second hand from the but/sell section and save the extra luggage cost and flog them off when you leave.
