I am writing to inform you that the WAKSA committee has called a Special General Meeting, details as follows:
Wednesday 27th April 2005
Cottesloe Beach Hotel - "Back Bar"
Commencing from 7pm.
It was determined at the AGM (December 2004) that although a number of the existing committee members would like to resign their positions, at that stage it would have been detrimental to the organisation of the 2005 National Championships. Therefore, now that the competition is behind us, the time has come to re-elect for these positions.
The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
- Confirmation of previous AGM minutes;
- Receiving of officers reports;
- Election of Committee members;
- General business.
The members of the WAKSA committee would appreciate your attendance at this meeting.
