IMPORTANT NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the 2004 Annual General Meeting of the WA Kite Surfing Association Inc. will be held at the Cottesloe Hotel on 1 December 2004 commencing at 7pm. Please ensure you arrive prior to this time as proceedings will commence at 7pm sharp.
The Agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
- Confirmation of previous AGM minutes;
- Receiving of officers reports;
- Annual election of Committee members;
- Notices of motion*;
- General business.
* Notice of motion: to change the constitution, Section 17 part 10, to add email as a means of notifying the members of the Annual General Meeting.
