Hi,
I am from SA and will be doing a WA trip. I will be spending about three weeks cruising around from esperance to perth along the coast. Then another two weeks from perth to broome. Any info on sweet spots along the way to kite would be much appreciated. Doing the trip solo so would be keen to head out with any locals and have some fun.
Cheers
Brad

You'd probably be best doing your Perth to Broome leg first as the wind is stronger up there during the early part of the season. Then well into the season the Perth/Esperance areas fire up. It is very much weather dependent so if your schedule is inflexible you'll miss out.

Good advice from Aseela.
It depends what time/Month you are coming but yep it may be worth heading North first then working your way back.

Don't expect to get much kiting in between Broome and Exmouth, but from Exy to Esperance you should get heaps.

Thanks for the advice guys, unfortunately i have to start down south as i will be living in Darwin when i get there. Hopefully there is a bit of wind flicking around. Already been a few good days down south. Also any good camping spots along the way would be appreciated.
Cheers

There will be a Seabreeze on the southern ocean coast of WA tomorrow (weds), as there is a high in the Bight. Where are you? heaps of good camping and wave spots all along this coast.

Had a kite at fowlers bay on thurs and then a sick kite at Israelite bay last night. Just got to esperance today. Looks as if there will be some wind tomorrow. Where do the locals kite around here? If anyone in esperance is keen for a beer tonight let me know
