Your trip looks great! Will be a big change from Kazakhstan.
As to Hutt Lagoon, there is a thread discussing kiting it here.

I live nearby and we dont kite there, it looks speccy but we prefer the ocean and waves.
We kite at Horrock's which is between Gero and Port Gregory. Drop in for a kite and say hello when you are in the area.
Cheers

Just joking with you
wester Australia is littered with spectacular wind and conditions , the further you travel the better it gets, not many travel beyond the Midwest and exmouth
We're hosting a kiting event in November and it'd be great to have you along
High five
Thank you for everybody!
Dave, during our sating in Geraldton we are planning to visit Hutt Lagoon and it will be great to kite in ocean with you and your friends.
A couple questions:
1) Where is better to kite in Denham? I read about lagoons. Ia it true?
2) Where is better to rent house in Perth. In the city or next Safety Bay, Woodman park or Fremantle?
Best regards,
Sergey
Did that trip from September 15 to March 16. Hell yeah what a time !
You definitely need more time or youll regret it and dont skip Coronation and Big Lagoon (4wd required).
Its also worth to explore the Margarete River region. Quite a huge contrast to the North but got some pretty good flatwater spots like Augusta down there.
Enjoy your trip, stay safe and buy some beer for the locals !

Please be aware of prices for accommodation and cost of living in Australia - not sure what your budget is but it is quite expensive compared to Europe not to mention Asia where it is dirt cheap. If you are looking for budget accommodation search under 'gumtree' on line classified for a good deal.
If money is not a concern, then there is plenty of options :-)
There are cool lagoons around Shark Bay / Denham you can kite in, little lagoon is easy to get too (don't need 4x4). Big Lagoon needs 4x4, but is, as the name suggests, larger, and way more fun / picturesque.
So many amazing spots, Lancelin, Wedge Island, Coronation Beach, Horrocks, the list is endless of empty perfect kiting locations as you head further north.
For accommocation, there's heaps of cheap backpackers around, or just rent a camper van and camp where you're kiting, don't even pay for accommodation.
Guys thank you to everybody for information.
We already rent a house next to safety bay. In Geraldton we will stay at friends place.
I read that it's possible to make downwind trip from Lancelin to Wedge Island. If yes, please suggest do we need any support or can do it by our self?
Best regards,
Sergey
Stay at Lancelin lodge (backpackers), always the long termers (and local WA scum like me) there that time of year which will help ya out. Probs best place in WA in regards to kiting options.
