Hi Gianluca,
In November we commonly get 18-23 knots. It can get to 20-25 knots some days but can also drop to 15-20 knots on other days. Plan for 18-23 knots though and you should be fine. Check out www.waksa.org.au for kite locations around Perth. Enjoy your stay,
