Hi everybody, I'm Kate, new to perth and am looking for a friendly and fun housemate (preferably female but not essential). 2bd unit MOSMAN PARK, shops across the road, close to train, not far from beach. Furnished (except the room) and car space available. $130 wk. Its been renovated and its a cool place, ground floor so easy to get gear in and out if necessary! I'm not a kiter myself (yet...) but do try to surf. A good friend of mine does so I'm used to hearing about what the winds going to do! Love to hear from anyone interested!
