Room Available in Cottesloe, WA

Fellow Kiters!
Due to the announced departure of our current beloved housemate, we are now on the lookout for a new addition to the family!

'The House'
Margaret St, Cottesloe. About halfway between the OBH and The Naked Fig, 1 street back from the beach. About 32 seconds walk and you are pumping up on the sand! Amazing for those 3:30 knock offs in Summer! The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage with a decent garden and swimming pool. Lots of light, plus a sunroom with bar out the back. Not the newest place, but great for what is it none the less.

'Us'
We are 2 easy going professional guys (25/26) both into our kiting and general well being. Love a drink and night out on the weekends, but usually try to keep it pretty tame on school nights.

'You'
We are looking for another female for the house to keep the balance right, sorry guys! Ideally a kiter would be good, or at least someone who is active and loves the beach. You will be fairly easy going and open to different points of view. Non smoker preferred.

The room will be available from the beginning of September however our lease is up then so rent may go up slightly (Fingers crossed it doesn’t!) Currently $185.00 for the room.
