good to hear it is at gero gav. we all know you will do a good job of it just like ther 2003 gero blast. freestyle, big air, wave comp maybe at the african reef resort place where the downwinder was started sick little beachy with a good flat water run in front of the waves. a little down wind dash like gero blast. but no races upwind and round bouys coz thats pretty lame. and if you do have a race there is no way that it should count towards the overall points coz it don't mean s#*t. just some ideas. also maybe best trick. hells gates would be good for wave comp but harder to judge and veiw from beach. cheers see ya at gero gav.
Yeh i agree. The downwind race shouldnt count towards the overall points. A best trick event would be good and if there is time a big air event. But freestyle should determine the overall champion.

I definately think that a downwind race should be a fun event only and not counting towards the total points. Wave comp at back beach would be pretty awsome....plenty of space and the spectators can watch the waveriding as well.
