Moving to Joondalup

Hi there.
I am moving to Joondalup for studies (when not kiting that is) in January.
I wonder if anyone of you living nearby the beach could hook me up with a place to rent. Ideal would be a place nearby a spot, part of a house or a flat.
We are a couple from sweden, 29 and 35 years old, calm, non smoking but crazy for the goodlife on the beach.
If you can help me or got any good ideas please contact me on the forum.
