Lost kite at Secret Harbour

Anyone lost a kite in the Singo's, Madora, G-Bay area this arvo? Saw one float past Secret Harbour this arvo.

Apparently mandurah sea rescue are out searching for a kite missing of secrets. Who would go out today with these easterly winds?
