Not to make to many people jelous but I'm going to be heading up to dongara for work in april for a couple of months and was planning on heading out for a fly most evenings. Now I know that it is windier than Perth but I'm trying to find what the wind range is in the arvo from 5pm onwards. Currently I have a 11m North Evo and want to buy another kite to go with this.

I was thinking a 7 or 8 meter, but I just wondered what the locals were using and what the evening winds are like. I weigh between 80-85Kg it just depends on how many beers I've had.

If there are any kiters that could give me the low down on the local beaches and conditions it would be greatly appriciated.

Cheers

Chris

Chris i think the locals will be using Mullies on a 25kg line in April............

April/May tends to be pretty light on for kiteable breeze.

June through to late August should see some good winter fronts coming through.

By mid to late September you'll be getting Seabreezes just north of where your based.

Enjoy!!
