I'm up here every week and I usually see people kite at hearsons cove or at Dampier on the town beach Depending on the wind direction.

also the wind up here's hotter so less dense. so it will feel weaker then Perth for the same wind speed.

Dampier in the summer for westerly winds and Hearsons Cove in the morning easterlies in the winter. 12 meter was my most commonly used kite.
