HI guys,

I'm a newbie trying to get going with my water starts. I'm just wondering if there are any spots in Perth tmw (Saturday) morning where I can go? I'm thinking Woodies beach one?

Thanks in advance!

Counted 69 kites this morning. Yes 69. From the end of the spit up to and including Dog Beach.

- and 4 windsurfers.

Wasn't to bad on the Southern side of the spit.

Apart from the rocks the spit at Pont Walter is good for beginner . Its shallow water, side shore wind etc.. Ask a local where the rocks are and avoid them by walking further out on the spit and you will be fine..

Regarding the number of kiters .. I think when u are a beginner everywhere you go is going to be busy...

Point Walter dog beach is good for beginners as well...

Have a good 1!!
