Anyone up for a downwinder 29th or 30th of Nov from Sunsets to Corro?

We have 1 set of wheels, 4 strapless experienced kiters.

Yeah I'd be interested on Monday if the wind comes in. Couldn't leave sunset until 4ish after work, but could do a car run to drop a car at corro at lunchtime if that worked?

Been keen to get a crew together of dongrites and gerosappians together for a Dongara gero dwinder, coros though would be a top spot to finish late arvo, then get on the lash whatching the sun go down

I'd be keen on that one too Mick... I know Austen has done it a couple of times. Must be a 3 or 4 hour job?

Don't forget your 8 meter kite that's all you need.

Depends on conditions, I can spend 3-4 hours doing 4 klms to mine from south beach,

Yeah for sure, it's how much you spend playing around as against blasting it. For example corro to Horrocks with Eppo and his scummy mates was around 2 hours, we played at corro, oakabella and Mavericks but the rest was a blast.
Did 50ks on the iphone over a 25k point to point.
Dongara Gero must be twice that.

Dave; sorry for late reply (camping off the grid without reception).

We'll do a d-winder today in the arvo. Tomorrow looks steady and promising so will prob do Corro or X.

If you want to do one later in the week, we'll be up for it again, no doubt.

Dongara/South Beach to Pt Moore is 70km along the beach, Pt Moore to Corros is just under 30km.
