Who buys a kite board, uses it once and then tries to sell it as a windsurf board? And just so happens to live in Armadale hmm
You can report the advert to Gumtree for them to investigate. It certainly looks suspicious.
I took a screenprint of the add and have reported it to police as I thought that would happen.
