had a first gusty go at the 'pin on sat afternoon- saw a few others up there- a gin nazca, a blue waroo, and a yellow cabrinha- was great to see the kites in the sky coming up the broadwater. I haven't kited up there before, and loved the inside lagoon. went back at low tide to see where the banks are for overnighting in the boat for future reference.

If the guy on the gin nazca reads these forums, i would love to know how he went in those conditions.

I had the OR one up fully depowered through the bar, and the strap, and was still finding the gusts difficult to manage. I ended up packing up when the gusts worsened, and the holes between them got larger.
